Throughout this document, "Afrimillz" refers to Afrimillz International Ltd. and its subsidiaries collectively. "You" or "user" refers to you as a user of the Site.

Key Terms
Buyers: Users who purchase food on Afrimillz are referred to as buyers.
In accordance with the Afrimillz Business Terms of Service, a vendor account is a cooperative buyer account formed through the service (available here).
Vendors: Users who sell foodstuff on Afrimillz are referred to as vendors.
In accordance with Afrimillz buyer terms of service, a vendor can switch accounts to a buyer account to make purchases.
Overview (Main terms, in a nutshell)
- Afrimillz only allows registered users to buy and sell. It costs nothing to sign up. By creating an account, you undertake to supply us with true, complete, and up-to-date information and not to do so fraudulently or deceptively. Your password's security and secrecy are your exclusive responsibility, as is any activity on your account. Any actions or inactions on your part related to your account are not our responsibility. Because of our close contacts with law enforcement, we can guarantee that any fraudulent activity you carry out on your account will be investigated and prosecuted if necessary.
